SHIPPING POLICIES

I. Personal deliveries. 

Due to COVID19 we do not make personal deliveries at Gasher-x. All deliveries are handled by courier.

II. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

III. Shipment Tracking: 

Once we have your order ready, we send a notification to your email with the name and tracking number of the parcel and the delivery address data provided by you. From that moment on, it is the customer's responsibility to track their package.

 

MESSENGER SERVICE

IMPORTANT NOTICE: DUE TO THE SANITARY CONTINGENCY, COURIERS MAY BE DELAYED WITH RESPECT TO THE DELIVERY DATE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY DELAY, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARCELLER EL TO COMPLY WITH THE DELIVERY TIMES ESTABLISHED BY THEM.

 

It is important to mention that in order to comply with the delivery of the ordered products, it is necessary that the billing address and/or the recipient contain the complete and correct data of its delivery, for this reason it is essential that you review your delivery data well at time to place your order.

 

IV. DELIVERY DATA ERROR.

If by mistake you mistaken your address, contact us immediately within 3 business days to our mailinfo@gasher-x.comwith the correct data. We will try to help you with the parcel.

NOTE: In the event of a mistake in the recipient or that the courier delivers the package to the wrong address, the customer has 3 business days to make any claim to the parcel, otherwise the package cannot be recovered and we will not be able to the parcel claim.

VII. DAYS OF DELIVERY ATTENTION

It is important to take into account that all procedures related to shipments, changes and returns are only made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In case of requesting this procedure on a weekend or holiday, it should be taken into account that the staff will begin the process the next business day after requesting it.

V. PACKAGING
Items are packaged for your care and protection, so there are no special wraps unless specified by us or at the request of one of our customers.

SAW. PARCEL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS.

Some parcels make up to 2 attempts to deliver your package, in case the recipient cannot receive the merchandise, it will be sent to a parcel office close to the recipient's address. The buyer must go to pick up his package within the next 5 calendar days from the date of the second delivery attempt. In the event that the buyer does not pick up his package at said office, it will be returned to the Gasher-x warehouse.
 

VII. ZIP CODES OR RESTRICTED DELIVERY AREAS.

In some areas of the country the parcels exclude some postal codes for reasons unrelated to Gasher-x, so the customer will have to go to an agreed parcel branch to pick up their order. In this case, Gasher-x will give the warning.
 

II. LOST, LOST OR THEFT BY THE PACKAGE.

In case of loss, loss or theft to the parcel is the direct responsibility of the services they provide and is not the direct responsibility of GASHER-X. However if this occurs and is confirmed by the parcel at Gasher-X, we will replace your order.
